Tru-Co General Contractor, Inc. recently completed this 4,500 SF steel building garage. The project included site prep (lot clearing and backfill of over 150 loads of fill out of floodplain), foundation, pre-engineered metal building, interior framing, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and interior finishes. The interior features a 480 SF apartment suite based upon the design of an extended stay style suite, bar/man cave on the first floor with a 960 SF loft. The building incorporates energy code compliant insulation with climate control in both the suite and main building. A backup generator was installed and to provide power for both this building and the main residence. Exterior work included final sitework and grading, exterior paving and front porch.
