Tru-Co General Contractor recently completed construction of a new worship building and children’s wing for Two Rivers Church, expanding the church’s capacity and ministry space.

The project began with the demolition of 25,000 square feet of the existing 55,000-square-foot facility, followed by repairs and preparation of the remaining structure. Tru-Co then constructed a 12,309-square-foot pre-engineered steel building featuring a 500-seat worship center, multiple classrooms, and new restroom facilities.

Tru-Co’s scope included sitework, fire suppression, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, framing, interior finishes, and exterior construction, along with coordination with the church’s audio/visual provider.

Architectural highlights include full-height ceilings, faux timber rafters in the sanctuary corridor, custom counters and shelving crafted from old-growth loblolly pine, slate tile flooring, and a wood-grain aluminum rainscreen exterior system, creating a warm and welcoming space for worship and ministry.
