Tru-Co General Contractor was contracted to remodel this 2000 SF commercial steel building damaged by fire. Scope of work included interior demo and replacing the exterior building shell: doors, roof, walls, and insulation system. All the interior steel was washed and primed. New office, restroom, storage electrical, and plumbing were built back into part of the structure.
