Tru-Co General Contractor performed a full remodel of a 3,000 SF steel building. Exterior scope of work included: structural repairs, new exterior siding and roof, new insulated overhead doors, an energy code compliant insulation system and concrete apron to achieve positive drainage. Interior work included: all new wiring, plumbing fixtures, ceiling, drywall, and flooring. This building will be used as a training building for the EMS provider.
