Tru-Co General Contractor was awarded the 11,200 SF remodel of the maintenance building for The Coastal Evironmnetal Partnership. The building experienced damage from a vehicle fire. The project included cleaning and demo of the interior, removing and replacing exterior metal finish systems including insulation and the roof system along with structural repairs. Interior work included new wall/floor finishes in offices, new plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems and painting.
